Program and consent

If you check the SMS marketing box, you give Rocky Mountain Flowers LLC permission to send recurring automated promotional and marketing text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is optional and is not a condition of buying goods or services. The inquiry form still works if you leave the box unchecked.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any marketing text to cancel. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. We honor opt-out requests made through any reasonable method. To rejoin later, submit a new form and check the SMS box.

Number ownership

You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide and are at least 18 years old. Tell us promptly if that number changes.
