Who we are

Rocky Mountain Flowers LLC provides flower delivery and floral services in Colorado. Contact us at hello@rockymountainflowers.com or (303) 555-0142.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect:

• Your first and last name, email address, and phone number if provided
• Event type, event or service date, and funeral home if applicable
• Comments you add to the inquiry
• Your separate email- and SMS-marketing choices
• The date and version of the consent disclosure shown with the form

We also capture limited attribution and security context:

• UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content parameters
• Google, Meta, and Microsoft advertising click identifiers when present
• Your first landing-page URL, form-page URL, and referring site
• First-touch date and source, browser, device category, and form location
• Pages viewed in the session, session count, and form completion time
• IP address, used temporarily for rate limiting and reCAPTCHA verification; it is not added to the Salesforce lead record by this site

How we use information

• Respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and provide requested services
• Attribute inquiries to pages and campaigns and improve the website
• Detect spam, abuse, and technical problems
• Send marketing email when the email-marketing box remains selected
• Send automated promotional texts only when you select the SMS box

Providing contact information authorizes us to respond about that inquiry. It does not by itself enroll you in marketing. Marketing choices are optional and separate. The email box starts selected and may be cleared before submission. The SMS box is never preselected.

Where information goes

• Salesforce is our primary lead-management system.
• Vercel hosts the website and processes form requests.
• Google reCAPTCHA, when enabled, helps identify automated abuse.
• Our email provider and Slack may receive an internal notification when those integrations are enabled.
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may measure site use when enabled.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use it for third-party targeted advertising or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookies and browser storage

We use session storage for campaign details and page-view counts during a visit. We use local storage for first-touch details and a browser-level session count. You can clear both in your browser settings. Analytics and reCAPTCHA providers may use cookies or similar technology under their own policies. The inquiry form works without analytics.

Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply to reCAPTCHA.

Marketing choices

The inquiry form starts with email marketing selected. Clear that box before submitting if you do not want marketing email. Marketing email includes an unsubscribe method. Marketing texts explain how to reply STOP. You may withdraw either permission by contacting us. We will still send service messages needed to answer an active inquiry or fulfill an order.

Retention and security

Inquiries that do not become orders are generally deleted after 24 months. Order records are retained as required for accounting, tax, dispute, and legal purposes. Marketing permission records are retained while permission is active and as needed to document or honor an opt-out.

We use HTTPS, server-side form processing, access controls, rate limiting, a honeypot, and reCAPTCHA when configured. No security measure is perfect.

Your Colorado privacy choices

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we process your information and request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy. You may also opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; we do not currently engage in those activities.

Email hello@rockymountainflowers.com to make a request or appeal a decision. We may verify your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law, generally 45 days for a covered Colorado request.

Children and changes

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We will post policy changes here and update the effective date above.
