Refrigerated delivery across Colorado

Refrigerated from our cooler to your door. Cold chain is the single biggest factor in how long cut flowers last.

Delivery is quoted inside your order rather than added at the end. Zone 3 mountain runs are priced per event, because drive time and weather risk vary too much to publish one number honestly.

Timing

Bulk stems: 2 to 3 days before your event
Not us being early. Flowers ship closed and need 24 to 48 hours in water to open. A rose that looks impressive on delivery day has already spent most of its vase life in transit.
Arrangements: the morning of
Already conditioned and ready to place. Choose an AM or PM window at quote; we confirm a narrower window 48 hours ahead.
Lead times
10 days minimum for bulk, 14 for arrangements. Sympathy work is exempt, so call us. For a summer or autumn Saturday, six to eight months ahead is realistic, because delivery capacity fills long before the flowers run short.
Where we deliver to
Whichever address is doing the work: your house, a friend's garage, or the venue's prep kitchen. Sending everything to the venue on Saturday morning is the arrangement that goes wrong most often.

Mountain venues (Vail, Summit County, Estes Park and canyon addresses) are handled by arrangement rather than as a standing route. The drives are long and weather-dependent, so we need a confirmed window and an on-site contact. We will not leave a refrigerated order unattended at a mountain venue.

Delivery questions

What areas do you deliver to?
The Colorado Front Range and the mountain towns. Denver, Boulder, Longmont and Castle Rock are our closest zone; Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley are a second; Vail, Summit County, Estes Park and canyon venues are quoted per event because the drive is long and weather-dependent. If your town is not on that list it is probably still in range, so ask.
Do you deliver, or do I collect?
We deliver. Every order travels refrigerated from our cooler to the address you give us, on a date you choose. There is no shop to collect from, and cold chain is the single biggest factor in how long cut flowers last.
How far in advance should I book?
Bulk stems need 10 days and designed work needs 14. Those are minimums rather than recommendations. For a summer or autumn Saturday on the Front Range we would rather have your order six to eight months out, because our delivery capacity on peak dates fills long before the flowers run short. Sympathy orders are exempt.
When will my flowers arrive?
Designed arrangements arrive on the day of your event, finished and ready to place. Bulk stems arrive two to three days beforehand, which is not us being early. Flowers ship closed and need a day or two in water to open. You pick a date and an AM or PM window, and we confirm a narrower window 48 hours ahead.
How is this different from ordering bulk flowers online?
We hand you the box cold, on a date you chose, and we can fix a problem the same day. A national bulk site puts stems in a carton and hands it to a carrier: it arrives when it arrives, sometimes warm, sometimes crushed, and a refund does not fix your Saturday. That difference is the whole reason to buy bulk locally.
What if something arrives damaged?
Photograph it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We replace, credit or refund the affected stems, your choice. Because we are local, replacement is usually a real option rather than a refund you cannot use. The 24-hour window exists because after that it becomes impossible to tell a transit problem from a conditioning problem.
Do you deliver to mountain venues?
Yes, by arrangement rather than as a standing route. Vail, Summit County, Estes Park and canyon addresses need a confirmed window and an on-site contact, because the drive is long and weather-dependent. We will not leave a refrigerated order unattended at a mountain venue.
